Emma Robertson
CEO
Transform's CEO, Emma Robertson, has worked with some of the UK's biggest organisations, helping blue chip and emerging companies to re-orientate their businesses around the ever-changing customer.

Emma has extensive experience of digital transformation and her knowledge of eco-system thinking has resulted in a strong track record in high profile, customer-centred, results-driven projects for market leading companies including Hammerson, P&O, Homebase, Argos, eBay, BT and Tesco.

A regular face in the press, Emma has appeared as a guest on Sky Sunrise and Sky News, was invited to speak at Retail Week's Tech festival and has commented in publications including MediTel, WARC and ITPro.
Bill James
Chairman
Bill is non-exec chairman, supporting the growth and evolution of the company.
He has been creating and scaling businesses for over 30 years as a leader and/or adviser across a number of sectors, with digital at the heart of each venture.
Outside Transform, Bill is currently chairman of British Triathlon, non-exec director of British Olympic Association, and adviser to several other companies / leaders.



Hugh Simpson
Director of Data & AI Solutions
Hugh is the Director of Data & AI Solutions with Transform, bringing together all the best parts of the company to solve client challenges.

Hugh has over 23 years' experience in designing, building and delivering data and AI products / solutions for top tier clients in Asia Pacific and Europe. Hugh is a former founder/CEO of a European Data & AI talent platform, VP of Data & AI at a global near-shoring company, and spent a number of years with Ernst & Young’s Data & Analytics practice in Australia and the UK.

Recent client highlights include designing and delivering a Big Data solution for $9bn company in 26 countries; led project delivery of a 3D computer vision and AI system for EU's Horizon 2020 program; and enhancing the cycling fan experience by designing the IoT and data platform driving insights for key events such as the Hammer Series and Giro d’Italia.
Johan Hogsander
Strategy MD
Johan is a Managing Director with Transform, leading our Sales & Marketing team.
He has over 25 years’ experience of digital strategy, supporting clients from multiple sectors including public sector, financial services, healthcare, pharmaceuticals and charities. He is a strategy consultant with a focus on delivery of outcomes, taking his clients from visionary innovation all the way to pragmatic implementation of change.
His passion is digital transformation, delivered through agile approaches. As such, one of his specialities is stakeholder management, ensuring that clients are taken along on the change journey.


Deepak Selvaraj
DevOps and Quality Director
Deepak is a thought leader in the DevOps and Quality Engineering space. He is an active contributor to the tech community hosting and participating in multiple workshops and conferences globally.
In his current role with Transform, he works with major public and private sector customers to enable their DevOps journey with a clear focus on quality and value metrics at every stage of the (people, process, platforms) transformation.
Prior to Transform, Deepak led Virgin Media’s B2B DevOps and QE teams where his team owned multiple cloud platforms responsible for serving 500+ million end users every month across 120,000 public and private customer venues. Over the past 10 years he has been working with multiple major private and public sector customers such as BT, Arqiva, AT&T, UK regional airports, NHS and has been a key contributor to Openstack platform development.
Emily Chappell
Senior People Manager
Emily joined Transform as Senior People Partner and is bringing with her over 10 years of experience gained across the Media and TV/Broadcasting industries.
Emily is responsible for leading the people strategy and rolling out employee-centric initiatives that provide a high performing culture. She is a key driver for implementing change and ensuring the development and retention of our top talent with a continued focus on building a collaborative company culture through engagement.
Emily is a trained mental health first aider with a passion for bringing awareness of metal health and wellbeing into the workplace, enabling people to really look after themselves and their teams.


Cyril Law
Director of Data Engineering and Technology
Cyril is Director of Data, Engineering and Technology with Transform, leading our Data and Solution Architecture, and Data Engineering team.

He has over 25 years’ experience of delivering data solutions, services and products, supporting clients in public sector, financial services, utilities, retail, automotive and FMCG. He is a Data and Solution Architect with a focus on delivering sound data management and technology platforms to support simplified and efficient client data management services, delivery of analytical platforms supporting analytics, AI/ML, CRM and platforms for digital and marketing operations.
His specialty is working with clients to deliver sound data solutions, help upskill clients and ensure self-sufficiency via skills transfer and knowledge transfer.
Meghan Walsh
Head of Marketing & Business Development
Meghan is the Head of Business Development for Transform, and she plays a key role in securing our work.
She has worked in communications and operations for the past 15 years with experience in retail, the charity sector and more recently gaining experience in the Public Sector. She is passionate about delivering the right solutions for our clients believing that the gateway to success is true partnerships and strong relationships.
She is also an active member of the Transform RD&I council and the Working Parents iNetwork and has recently shared her experiences with topics such as grief to help encourage changes to internal policies and break down taboos.



Will Lowe
Chief Data Officer
Will is our Chief Data Officer, consulting organisations on customer centricity, value creation from data, data science, data regulations and marketing technology.
Will’s career began in marketing with Nestle and Diageo before he joined dunnhumby where he spent 10 years helping global retailers and brands become more customer-centric and monetise their customer data. He was also the Managing Director of Callcredit’s (now Transunion) Marketing Division.
Will is passionate about using data with original ideas to create more profitable relationships between organisations and their consumers. This includes helping organisations think through the data and technology strategies and platforms they need to deliver their business objectives.
Mark Redwood-Sayce
Chief Financial Officer
As Chief Financial Officer, Mark brings over 20 years’ experience managing business finance.
He is passionate about adding value and ensuring the company performs to the highest commercial level possible. Responsible for all reporting, budgeting, forecasting, audit and general corporate compliance.
He also plays a key role in developing internal systems and processes, working closely with the operations and IT development team.



Dave Jackson
Director of Service Design
Dave is a thought leader in Inclusive Design and leads our Service Design team as well as individual project teams. A highly experienced service designer, user researcher, team lead and account director, with specialist expertise in Inclusive Design, he uses evidence and co-creation to build successful services.
Passionate about this area, he has published articles, given countless talks and run workshops, in an effort to raise awareness and help organisations to embrace Human-Centred Inclusive Design as a default way of working.
He was included in the 2020 BIMA (British Interactive Media Association) top 100 Strategists and Consultants.
Dave Wood
Chief Technology Officer
Dave leads the Transform Technology team which architects and delivers digital services, experiences and technology transformation for clients in both private and public sectors.
With over 30 years’ experience ranging from strategy through to delivery, Dave has a strong track record for delivering complex business transformation and technology programmes.
His passion is in looking to connect technology to enhance and support business transformation and growth. As a technology pragmatist, Dave embrace all aspects of technology spanning infrastructure and networks to business analysis and product development.


Ian Pocock
Research and Service Design MD
Ian leads a combined team of research and design practitioners, specialising in the human-centred design of services, informed by insight and leading-edge design thinking.
He has led major government transformation programmes across Home Office, Public Health England and HM Courts & Tribunals Service.
Ian also led the international expansion of Transform, launching the brand in Australia to become a thriving part of the APAC business.
Derek Palmer
Director of Development
Derek has over 25 years of experience in technology leadership roles across the public and private sectors, embracing a wide range of technologies and disciplines.
He is a pragmatic manager with a proven ability to lead and motivate technical specialists. He is high focused on delivery of outcomes and has strong experience in transformation to ensure successful adoption of technology. A good communicator who is very adept at building collaborative relationships between business and technology teams.


Peter Rottier
Change & Delivery MD
Peter has 30 years of experience working in ICT and digital transformation consultancy and senior/executive leadership roles, delivering to both public and private sector organisations. He is passionate about delivering tangible outcomes and the key role organisational and team culture has in achieving this.

Peter has extensive experience working in the UK Public Sector delivering both departmental as well as large scale national solutions for Departments including the Cabinet Office, Department for Environment, Food & Rural Affairs, Public Health England and the Department for Education.

At Transform, Peter is responsible for leading the Change and Delivery Practice. He also heads up our Manchester office and has overall responsibility for some of Transform’s largest public sector accounts.
