Emma has extensive experience of digital transformation and her knowledge of eco-system thinking has resulted in a strong track record in high-profile, customer-centred, results-driven projects for market leading companies including Hammerson, P&O, Homebase, Argos, eBay, BT and Tesco.

A regular face in the press, Emma has appeared as a guest on Sky Sunrise and Sky News, was invited to speak at Retail Week's Tech festival and has commented in publications including MediTel, WARC and ITPro.

Emma has received many awards throughout her career – more recently, she’s been recognised as Best CEO Leadership in DE&I from Management Today in 2023, and in 2024 she ranked 15th in TechRound’s Top 50 Women in Tech.

Outside Transform, Bill is currently Chairman of British Triathlon, Non-Executive Director of British Olympic Association, and advisor to several other companies/leaders.

Johan is MD of Transform's Sales Enablement team. He has over 30 years’ experience of digital strategy and change in the public services space, working with clients such as HM Revenue & Customs, Home Office, Department for Education, Historic Royal Palaces, Zurich Insurance and Bupa.

As Head of Sales Enablement his role is to weave together Transform's services and capabilities with the needs of our end customers to help engage existing and future clients in problem solving and goal realisation. He is particularly focused on collaborative and outreaching approaches, for example our Academy programme that co-develops problem solving solutions together with our clients and end users.

Emily joined Transform as Senior People Partner, bringing a wealth of experience from the media and TV/broadcasting industries.

She leads our people strategy and rolls out employee-focused initiatives that foster a high-performing, inclusive culture – driving change and ensuring our top talent develops and stays with us, while championing diversity, equity and inclusion at every level.

Emily is also a trained Mental Health First Aider with a passion for raising awareness of mental health and wellbeing in the workplace, empowering people to look after themselves and their teams.

Cyril is Director of Data, Engineering and Technology with Transform, leading our data and solution architecture and Data Engineering team.

He has over 25 years’ experience of delivering data solutions, services and products, supporting clients in public sector, financial services, utilities, retail, automotive and FMCG. He is a data and solution architect with a focus on delivering sound data management and technology platforms to support simplified and efficient client data management services, delivery of analytical platforms supporting AI, analytics, network causal loops and platforms for digital and marketing operations.

His speciality is working with clients to deliver sound data management frameworks and supporting AI solutions, help upskill clients, ensure self-sufficiency via skills transfer and knowledge transfer.

Will is our Chief Data & AI Officer, consulting organisations on customer centricity, value creation from data, data science, data regulations and marketing technology.

Will’s career began in marketing with Nestle and Diageo before he joined dunnhumby where he spent ten years helping global retailers and brands become more customer-centric and monetise their customer data. He was also the Managing Director of Callcredit’s (now Transunion) Marketing Division.

Will is passionate about using data with original ideas to create more profitable relationships between organisations and their consumers. This includes helping organisations think through the data and technology strategies and platforms they need to deliver their business objectives.

He's been featured in the prestigious DataIQ 100 list, the curated list of the 100 people most influential in data, 6 times in his career, of which 5 in a row (2020-2024).

As Chief Financial Officer, Mark brings over 20 years’ experience managing business finance.

He also plays a key role in developing internal systems and processes, working closely with the operations and IT development team.

Claire brings over 20 years' Digital Transformation experience to the table, having consulted for Public, Private and Third sector clients including DWP, DfE, UKTI, Cancer Research UK, NSPCC, Unilever, British Gas, Toyota Lexus, Barclays & LLoyds Banking Group.

Her purpose is to help organisations to become measurably net positive across all relevant UN Sustainable Development Goals. Going beyond 'doing no harm', Claire works to embed purpose and holistic working practices across organisations so they can mitigate future risks and deliver more active good to communities and future generations.

Passionate about implementing inclusive and sustainable business practices, her experience spans value propositions, customer experience and service design through to employee experience, operating models and business models, weaving pluriversal, circular thinking throughout.

A firm believer in partnerships and collaboration across industries and sectors, Claire employs systems thinking to solve complex, thorny problems to navigate a safe and sustainable path for future humans.

Dave is passionate about building digital services that have a positive human impact. He achieves this through User Centred Design while focusing on inclusion and sustainability.

During his career, he’s worked across public and private sectors. A few highlights include: delivering critical trade services ahead of Brexit at DIT designing world first digital services, and delivering the first open source and agile project in Government for Defra in 2010. Dave has supported the Department for Education for 7 years with many core programmes, including the COVID response to keep children learning during lockdown.

Dave believes technology is an enabler to improve outcomes for people.  Recently, he started working with AI to help us be better UCD practitioners and considering how AI can be part of the services we design.

Ian also led the international expansion of Transform, launching the brand in Australia to become a thriving part of the APAC business.

Peter has 30 years of experience working in ICT and digital transformation consultancy and senior/executive leadership roles, delivering to both public and private sector organisations. He is passionate about delivering tangible outcomes and the key role organisational and team culture has in achieving this.

Peter has extensive experience working in the UK Public Sector delivering both departmental as well as large scale national solutions for Departments including the Cabinet Office, Department for Environment, Food & Rural Affairs, Public Health England and the Department for Education.

At Transform, Peter is responsible for leading the Product and Delivery Practice. He also heads up our Manchester office and has overall responsibility for some of Transform’s largest public sector accounts.

Nathan is an experienced data consultant and practice leader.

His career has been spent around data, initially as an integration product specialist. Then, for the last decade, he focused more on how data technology delivery impacts business functions across multiple industries and geographies.

More recently, he's worked in public sector with organisations such as National Saving & Investment and Department for Education, as well as asset intensive industries like water utilities and the renewal of the Palace of Westminster.
