Hello, welcome to Transform Academy: AI Fundamentals 101
Transform’s Academy programme is a series of workshops delivered every few months, covering a variety of topics around the key areas impacting organisations.
As we know, AI is a hot topic and the field is moving faster than most organisations can keep up with. Though the potential gains are huge, with no real blueprints, it's hard to decide on a winning strategy. There is certainly a need for methodologies and approaches for adopting AI successfully whilst also minimising risk, which is why we created our 'AI Fundamentals 101' Academy.

What to expect
In this session:
- We’ll give you an overview of our expertise in the field, filled by examples and real-life scenarios, in order to fully understand the impact AI can have on different businesses.
- We'll also focus on how to create strong use cases for AI, supported by practical advice on attendees' specific challenges, tackled live in the session.
The half-day covers:
- What AI is. An overview that skips jargon and buzzwords, focussing on what you really need to know when you’re starting your AI journey.
- The building blocks and use cases, including the technology involved when talking about AI. We’ll move from general knowledge to some demos of the tools Transform built, with a focus on getting business value, pushing on efficiency, driving down cost and fast turnarounds.
- An interactive session where we’ll show attendees how to create strong use cases and put that into action, with the chance to build out your own use case and presenting it back to a Transform panel for feedback and practical advice.
