At Transform, Dione leads a 15-person cross functional team, covering account management, email developers and data engineers, working to ensure that data is always at the forefront of decision making.
Dione is a dynamic and experienced CRM leader, focused on driving business change through best practise operational marketing processes. A data strategist, with 20+ years’ experience working with leading Brands, tasks include business justification, forecasting, budgeting, contact strategies, test design, and implementing the benefits of AI within CRM.
Experience in leadership roles across B2C and B2B agencies, Dione applies a unique perspective to CRM by focusing on understanding the core business challenges, building successful client and team relationships, in an ever-changing landscape. Through strong leadership, planning, innovation, implementation, and organisation skills Dione and her team delivers CRM programmes that achieve tangible results.
