The challenge they faced

 

  • South Western Railway (SWR) sought to enhance its Single Customer View by integrating digital and traditional data channels through a new Datahub and Customer Data Platform
  • The objective was to drive customer acquisition, improve loyalty, and empower marketing and commercial teams with unified insights.
