Levelling Up Fund data at sub-national / regional levels spend was incomplete, untimely, and inadequate for developing data-driven policy options and tracking performance of current interventions.​

That’s where our data and analytics experts jumped in.

What we did:

Reviewed the data strategy, analysed the use cases and systems in collaboration with the Ministers, policy advisors and data analysts. ​

Designed and iteratively built an interactive Power BI dashboard and data warehouse integrating data from 45 different funds in 9 government departments.​

Actively sought feedback throughout the process from all key stakeholder to ensure we were able to effectively support data-driven decision making.​
