We are pleased to announce that Transform has been reappointed to the Digital Outcomes and Specialists 7 framework (RM1043.9), run by Crown Commercial Service (CCS). You’ll be able to find us listed as “Transform UK Consulting Limited, a wholly owned subsidiary of Next 15 ”.
By supporting delivery across discovery, alpha, beta, live and retirement, Digital Outcomes and Specialists 7 helps public sector organisations to find and procure suppliers for digital, data and technology services, following government standards and best practices. This enables suppliers to deliver application development and user-centred design services to build great digital products and services that meet citizens' needs.
DOS 7 replaces the Digital Outcomes 6 framework (RM1043.8) and brings it together with the Digital Specialists and Programmes framework (RM6263), both of which Transform has been on for several iterations.
This framework went live in February 2026 and you can procure work with Transform through all lots, including:
- Lot 1 – Digital Outcomes: allows buyers to procure suppliers to deliver specific, outcome-based digital projects in line with agile methodologies and government digital standards.
- Lot 2 – Digital Capability and Delivery Partners: allows buyers to procure suppliers to support the delivery of long-term digital transformation programmes, capability-building initiatives, and strategic resource augmentation.
- Lot 3 – Digital Specialists: allows buyers to procure individual digital specialists with expertise in specific digital roles. These specialists support defined projects, services and transformation initiatives by bringing targeted skills into existing teams.
Our appointment to lots 1, 2 and 3 on the Digital Outcomes and Specialists 7 framework reflects the strength and maturity of Transform’s digital, data and technology capabilities. Having been part of this framework for many years, this continued inclusion reinforces the trust placed in us to deliver high-quality, end-to-end services aligned with government standards and best practice. We’re proud to support public sector organisations as they deliver meaningful, sustainable digital change.

Transform is already a supplier on many other public sector frameworks, including:
- Research and Insights DPS (RM6126), which helps you to find relevant suppliers through a filtering system.
- Artificial Intelligence DPS (RM6200), that offers artificial intelligence (AI) services to the whole of the public sector and their associated bodies and agencies.
