Product Management often gets confused with other ‘project-related’ activities or even specialised domain knowledge. Broadly speaking, it is a term covering the management of the product life-cycle with the sole focus of maximising the most value from a product for the user.
After running internal courses for ages, last March we launched our Transform Academy: Product Management 101 in our London office and it was so well received that we’re taking it on the road and hitting Manchester in September.
As usual, you can expect our Principal Product Manager, Kiran Patel, leading the workshop and talking the attendees through the basics of product management, from what it is to which are its benefits, the best practices and the approach.
You'll exit this session knowing:
- what is product management
- how to define a vision and strategy
- how to prioritise and develop a minimum viable product (MVP)
- how to develop a roadmap
