Recruitment Process

1. CV review

After sending us your CV, our wonderful Talent Team will review your application and get in touch with you.

2. Talent Call

Shortlisted candidates will have a Talent pre-call covering the role, the company, your skillset and what you are looking for. They will then share your CV and feedback with the hiring manager.

3. Interview(s)

After speaking to the hiring manager, depending on the role, there could be a one or two stage interview (the second one consisting of a presentation or technical task).

4. Decision

After the interview(s), a decision will be made on an offer. If you get the offer and you accept it, we kickstart your onboarding process. We are excited for you to join us!
