We're excited to finally share with you our autumnal plans for Transform Academy, our series of workshops covering a range of topics around the key areas impacting organisations today.
In our next Transform Academy, in fact, we’re addressing another common challenge for organisations today - how to build high-performing teams.
Whatever the size of the project you’re looking to deliver – short-term initiative or longer-term change programme – managing your team to perform effectively from the off is essential.
We know just how difficult it can be to juggle delivery priorities, especially in large teams. Add to that the different personalities and priorities each person brings and things can get tricky very quickly.
Transform has a wealth of experience when it comes to building cohesive and well-functioning working environments. In this interactive session, we’ll share our approaches for creating successful teams incorporating roles from suppliers, civil servants and key stakeholders.
The half-day will cover:
Getting the basics right: Understanding yourself and your team, from communication styles to decision making preferences, using interactive exercises to get you started on the right foot.
Delivering as a high-performing team: how to foster true collaboration, create a team culture in a hybrid world, establish a safe space for feedback and managing conflict, giving you tools to help focus and stay on track.
During the few hours you’re with us, there’ll be plenty of time for discussion and attendees will leave with a full toolkit of activities and resources to support them back in the day job. The session is suitable for all levels of experience and we believe the learnings apply to teams of all sizes.
