Today’s workplaces are complex and organisations and their people need the right skills and methodologies to navigate them. From creating high-performing teams that can work in hybrid, remote and face-to-face settings, to getting the best from the use of technology, knowing how to work in an agile way is a good place to start.

Agile methods are widely documented with a lively and easily accessible expert community. However, the conditions and drivers of success in agile can be elusive or even closely guarded. Any change can be hard to start and harder still to accelerate early on.
In September 2022, Transform launches its Academy programme with our first workshop “Agile for the real world”. We’ll share the expertise we’ve accumulated (both internally and with clients), as well as our experience of helping teams to adopt agile working. We draw on years of practical experience of delivery and change to explore what agility means and how Agile works.

This introduction to the topic will help participants to set direction for successful agile adoption as we cover a broad range of topics including:
What agile means
How is agile different to how I work today?
The critical foundations
Challenges and opportunities
Agile working habits
Ideas for kick starting agile working
